CHIPOTLE MAKES ME THINK I'M JOEY CHESTNUT. I order a chicken burrito with guacamole pretty much each time I come to this Hales Corners location. They're super fast and have your food ready in what seems like 30 seconds. There's something about a Chipotle burrito that makes me think I have to eat it ALL in one sitting. HOURS: Mon-Sun 11am-10pm NEXT TO: Starbucks and Noodles & Company

I love chipotle. This one made my chicken burrito in about 30 seconds and it actually tasted better than most chipotles cuz she didn't clump all the sour cream in one spot so every bite had sour cream in it. Ill be back.

Is it just me or has this Chipotle location taken a bit of a downturn in quality? Currently eating stale chips and fatty chicken chunks in my burrito bowl. I love chipotle but my last few experiences at this location have been a bit disappointing. Hopefully it's just a fluke and they were having off nights when I went.

I never thought Chipotle could let me down, but... The quality of the chicken took a nose dive. It tasted undercooked. The guacamole was still the best, but the rest of the food was gross.

So we got there about 25 minutes before they close...that's when we should have walked out. Shouldn't using glass cleaner on the display glass while the food is in place be against the law? I got a steak burrito. It must have been in the heater half the night because it was like rubber. We made the mistake of getting chips. You guessed it, they were stale. And then to add insult to injury, because it was close to closing time, the employees were screaming at each other and throwing things at each other while the manager ignored them. Some other customers came in after us and sat down to eat their food but did that keep the "obviously not a library card holder" from shutting down the soda machine at 10 pm on the dot...what do you think? Look for this chain to disappear very quickly. Taco Bell is cheaper, tastes about the same (even fresher), service is better and they seem to still realize that the only way that you make money is to keep customers happy and coming back (Novel idea, isn't it!) So Adios Chipotle!

This particular Chipotle gets 5 stars in my book. For those that don't know, Chipotle is a taqueria style, "fast-food" mexican place where they serve Tacos and Burritos. The food is always great and fresh. However, five stars goes for the service here. They are always insanely friendly... the staff will walk around and make sure you have everything you need (how often does THAT happen in the fast-food industry??). Additionally, this place has a drawing (every week?) for a free meal for ten. Four different friends have won this drawing and Chipotle always provides us with fantastic service when we come in for our free meals. And this location is certainly more customer-friendly than any Qdoba I've been to in the area. The parking isn't great here since there is a Starbucks and Noodles next door so it gets pretty packed around lunch. However, there is plenty of parking behind the building in the Pick-N-Save parking lot. Enjoy :)
